Carlos Risner Obituary
CARLOS DELANO RISNER, 87, of St. Albans passed away Thursday, October 10, 2024 at Hubbard Hospice House West in South Charleston, WV.
He was born March 7, 1937 in Lacy, KY, a son of the late Garland and Carma McGuire Risner. He retired from Greyhound Bus Lines with 30 years of service and was a proud US Army Veteran.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Connie (Kirk) Risner; one daughter, Christi Dione (John) Clark; two sisters, Sue (Ron) LeBrun, Bonnie Smith; three brothers, John (Debbie) Risner, Gene (Janet) Risner, Kenneth Risner, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Harold Risner and Darrell Risner.
Graveside service will be held at 1 p.m., on Monday, October 14, 2024 at Bailey Chapel Cemetery in Piketon, OH.
Arrangements are under the direction of Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford, OH.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Hospice.

Connie I am so sorry for your loss. He was a good man. John just loved talking to him when we were credit union functions. He was a treasure for sure. I will pray for you and his family that God gives you his peace.
