HOLLIS D. GRIFFITH, JR., 85, of South Charleston, passed away Saturday, September 6, 2025, at The Villages at Greyston in Beaver, WV. Funeral service will be 1 p.m., Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Curry Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Graceland Memorial Park, South Charleston. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed to the family by visiting www.curryfuneralhome.org. Curry Funeral Home, 2097 Childress Road, Alum Creek, WV has been caring for families since 1950.

Uncle Hollis was the kindest man. I will miss his calls at Christmas after he received my card. He demonstrated courage and optimism these last 6 years.
