Julia Little Obituary
JULIA "JILL" FAYE LITTLE, 81, of Elkview went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, September 20, 2025, at Hubbard Hospice House.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, James "Jim" Little, parents, Raymond & Liza Owens; sister, Ila (Jim) Shinn and Nancy (Bill) Stewart; brothers, James (Jackie) Owens, Thomas (Avis) Owen, Neil (Ruth) Owens, and Gary Owens.
Jill was loving daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a member of Jarrett Memorial Methodist Church, where she was a youth leader. Jill enjoyed golf, gardening, stained glass artistry, and was an avid bird watcher. She retired from WV legislative auditor's office and was a part of the YMCA swimming class and Thursday's game club. Jill loved spending time with family, especially her grandsons.
She is survived by her son, Jason (Kemm) Little; brothers, John (Dorothy) Owens; sister-in-law's, Kathy Owens and Patty (Eddie) Meadows; grandchildren, Jason Jr. Little & Hailey Casto and Jonathan Little.
Service will begin 1 p.m. Friday, September 26, 2025, at Hafer Funeral Home with Pastor Danny Kinder officiating. The burial will be in Elk Hills Memorial Park, Big Chimney.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Hubbard Hospice House in Charleston, WV.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, September 25, 2025, at the funeral home.
