Keith LaFon Brandon

KEITH LaFON BRANDON, 53, of Katy, TX, formerly of Toronto, OH, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at HCA Kingwood Hospital.
Keith was born December 8, 1971, in Union, WV, son of the late Chester Brandon and Gwen Godfrey, who survives.
Keith was a member of the Cornerstone Church in Toronto. He recently relocated, with his family, to Katy, TX for work. Keith was employed at LCRA as a Control Room Operator. He loved sports, God and family.
Growing up in Lewisburg, WV, Keith was always mischievous. He played baseball, football and wrestled. Keith never met a stranger, and his smile and laughter was contagious. He enjoyed coaching Little League baseball; the kids brought him so much joy.
Left to cherish and honor his memory, in addition to his mother Gwen, is his wife, Jessica Brandon of Katy; his children, Zackary Warren, Alexander, and Kiyia Brandon all of Charleston, WV; son, Cole Byers-Brandon of Katy and Allison Daniles of St. Albans, WV; brothers, Craig (Bonnie) Johnson of Richmond, VA, Robert Joel Godfrey of Lexington, KY, Chester Brandon, III, of Parkersburg, WV, and sister, Shanice White of Selma, VA. Keith also leaves behind a host of cousins, nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, an unborn grandchild, Ahvi Paige Brandon and his beloved grandmother, Ruby Clark of Lexington.
Family and friends will be received on Sunday, September 21, 2025 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH, where services will follow at 4 p.m. Pastor Raul Diaz will officiate, and Keith's burial will be held at the convenience of his family. www.jefosterfh.com
