In Loving Memory of LILAH ADELE DANDY
It is with heavy hearts and deep gratitude, for a life beautifully lived, that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, Lilah Adele Dandy (aka Lillie, Lillie Mae, Diamond Lil', Lillie D, Sittie Mom) who left this world at the age of 93 surrounded by love and family.
A visitation for Lillie will be held Saturday, April 26, 2025 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Joseph Gawler's Sons, LLC, 5130 Wisconsin Ave NW, Washington, DC 20016.
A funeral service will occur Sunday, April 27, 2025 at 11 a.m., 5130 Wisconsin Ave NW, Washington, DC 20016.
A prayer service will occur Sunday, April 27, 2025 at 1 p.m. at Islamic Center of Washington DC, 2551 Massachusetts Ave NW, Washington, DC 20008.
A graveside service will occur Sunday, April 27, 2025 at 2:30 PM at Parklawn Cemetery, 12800 Veirs Mill Rd, Rockville, MD 20853.
