Patsy Lowery

1933 - 2023

PATSY "PAT" LOU LOWERY, 89, of Alum Creek, WV, went home to her Heavenly Home Sunday, July 2, 2023, at Hubbard Hospice House.
She was born in Alum Creek, on July 11, 1933, and was the second born out of six siblings.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert H. Lowery, daughter, Melody A. Roberts, and son and daughter-in-law Robert "Bobby" W. & Teresa Lowery, along with her parents Arnold & Esther Midkiff, brother, Bill Midkiff, and sister, Helen Lewis.
Patsy was a long standing member of Alum Creek Independent Missionary Baptist Church, Alum Creek, and loved her church family. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She will be missed greatly.
She is survived by her daughters, Susan (John) Brininstool of Charleston, whom she resided with the last three years, and Cindy Lowery of Alum Creek, eight grandchildren, Chris (Rebecca) Roberts, Andy (Rebekah) Roberts, Lindsay (Stephen) Dunlap, Beth (Joseph) Clay, Nikki (Curtis) Banks, Robbie Lowery, Brooke (Jacob) DiMertino, and Elizabeth (David) Head, 14 great-grandchildren, son-in-law, Johnny Roberts, and sister, Mary Ann (Pete) Maurer, and brothers, Jim (Ruth) Midkiff and Jerry (Donna) Midkiff and sister-in-law, Donna Lowery.
Service will be 1 p.m. Friday, July 7, 2023 at Curry Funeral Home with Pastor Daniel Dent officiating. Burial will follow at Graceland Memorial Park, South Charleston, WV.
Family & friends will gather from 6 - 8 p.m. Thursday, July 6th at the funeral home.
