Ronald Lowe Obituary


RONALD NELSON LOWE, 87 of Ripley, passed away August 22, 2025 at Hubbard Hospice House in Charleston following an extended illness.
He was born August 19, 1938 in Blue Creek, WV, son of the late Lloyd and Clara Ross Lowe. He was a graduate of Elkview High School and worked as a Land Surveyor. He was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses in Ripley, WV.
He is survived by his children, Gary Lowe (Terri) of Spencer, Greg Lowe (Jane Ann) of St Albans, Mark Lowe (Suzy) of Mason County and Krystle Sas Russ of Montana; he is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Julia Lowe and siblings, Adell, Lois, Vivian, Shirley, Bernard, Lowell, Bruce and Denny.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, August 25, 2025 at the Fisher Cemetery, Sissonville with Jerry Lee Jones presiding.
