Thomas Sample Obituary

In Loving Memory.

THOMAS EDWARD SAMPLE passed away on January 30, 2024. He graduated from Dunbar Senior High School in 1973.
For 45 years, he served as a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), touching countless lives with his expertise and kindness.
He is survived by his daughters, Emma Sample and Haley Sample, his stepson Dylan Withrow, and his sister, Becky Bailey.
Tom was a loving father, a supportive sibling, and a devoted professional.
May Tom rest in eternal peace, his memory cherished by those fortunate enough to have known the depth of his love and care.

Tom was a great friend
We worked together with Marion Anesthesia but always kept in touch long after-We got together for lunch frequently and it was a shock to hear of his passing
Great man Great Anesthetist
He did it great- that´s why anesthesiologists requested him to give anesthesia
