Brian Goff Obituary

Brian Keith Goff, 54, of Rainelle, West Virginia, passed away on Saturday, October 11th in Beckley, West Virginia. He is preceded in death by his mother, Cheryl Goff, and his father, Rodney Goff Sr. He is survived by his two sons, Shay Goff (Sara) and Aaron Goff (Christian), his grandsons Liam, Maverick (Aaron), Eligh, Richard, Liam, Everett, Colson and Cahlen Goff (Shay), his brother, Rodney Goff Jr (Robin), and niece, Autumn Coleman (Kevin). Brian was considered a loving and caring person by many. He passionately played basketball and baseball in his younger years. He was a lover of West Virginia Football, and at one time a season ticket holder alongside his brother, Rodney. Though he did not attend as many football games, he still proudly sported a West Virginia jersey to show his commitment to his favorite team. Furthermore, Brian was a very attentive construction worker early in life, and, later, a licensed practitioner nurse. His love for others was demonstrated through his desire to help those in need. Brian will be greatly missed by his friends and family. His loss hurts deeply, but comfort can be found in his recent search and prayers to his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. His sense of humor and love for his family will live on through his sons, their wives and children, and the way that they uphold his values of caring for one another through all the different chapters of life. In lieu of flowers the family has requested for donations to be made to Wallace and Wallace of Rainelle to help the family cover the funeral costs.
