Monique Marie Therese Webb

Monique Marie Therese Webb, age 87, of North Tazewell, Virginia, passed away Saturday, November 1, 2025 in a Tazewell, Virginia assisted living facility.
She was born in Nancy, France and was the daughter of the late Henri Etienney and Aline Noemie Eleonore DesClaude Etienney.
Monique had made her home in the area most of her life and was a retired seamstress from Amart and Belk. She was a charter member of the Tazewell County Moose Lodge #198 Tazewell, Virginia and was a member of the Ladies Auxillary of the Casey-Shortt VFW Post #9640. She was of the Catholic faith. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, and was a friend to all who knew and loved her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carson Lee Webb; son, Carson Lee Webb,II; sisters, Madeline Etienney, Genevieve Etienney, and Janine Etienney; and brothers, Rene Etienney, Robert Etienney, Henri Etienney, Jr., and Jene Etienney.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 11am at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Chapel in Tazewell, Virginia with Father Renier officiating. Burial will follow at the Ridgedale Methodist Church Cemetery near Saltville, Virginia. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
