Phillip Dean Elliott

Phillip Dean Elliott, 65, of Smithers passed away on October 15, 2025. He was the son of the late Arval Lee Elliott and Lorna Mary Elliott of Victor, WV. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Virginia Bragg and Deborah Elliott. Those left to cherish his memory are brother, Lee Elliott, Brenda Harrell and Roma Elliott. He was a beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews. Phil graduated from West Virginia Institute of Technology and was a retired accountant from the WV Lottery. He was an avid golfer, formidable chess player, trivia buff and a loyal Mountaineers fan. He was the most caring, kind and generous person and will be missed dearly by his family Service will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, October 19, 2025 at Wallace & Wallace, Ansted with Pastor Kenny Hayes officiating. Burial will follow at Jennette Cemetery, Lookout. Visitation will be from 1:00 until time of service at the funeral home.
