Patricia Hagelberg Obituary
She was survived by her husband Wayne Hagelberg, daughters Lyra Wilde and Robin Velasquez (granddaughter Aleksa, grandson Alvaro), son Mark Hagelberg (Dominica), (grandsons Arthur and Henrik), sisters Carla Miller (Donivan) Tina Miller (David) and Anita Steiner (Kevin), and brother Chris Cruz.
She was preceded by her parents, brother Eddie and sister Toni Cruz.
Patricia was a graduate of St Mary's High School. She worked many years as a hairdresser. Her passion was taking care of her family. She met her husband Wayne in 1973, and they were married in 1974. They lived in Cheyenne, Sacramento, Golden Colorado, and Antioch CA, making many friends along the way. Her life was full of joy and well lived.
A celebration of life in a casual open house style will be held in Cheyenne at the Kiwanis Community House in Lions Park, 4603 Lions Park Dr, on August 6, 2023 from 1 to 4pm.
In lieu of flowers, people may donate in Pat's memory to: The McDougall Research & Education Foundation, which can be accessed on their website: DrMcDougall.com, which educates people on how to avoid and reverse most diseases by choosing health-promoting foods.
