FAIRBORN — Candis K. Wilson, age 43 of Fairborn, passed away unexpectedly on February 15, 2017. She was born in Xenia to parents Anthony Diaspro and Genova Diaspro. She was an avid reader and enjoyed horseback riding in her free time. Candis loved to spend time with her family and took great pride in all their accomplishments. She was a loving and devoted mother, daughter, grandmother, sister, and friend, she will be greatly missed by all who loved her.Candis was preceded in death by grandparents, Ruby and Chester Miller and June and Joseph Diaspro; uncle, Joe Diaspro; and cousin Josh Miller. Candis leaves behind to cherish her memory, daughter, Kayla (Samuel) Browning; son, Anthony Wilson; granddaughter, Aliyea Browning; mother and step-mother, Genova Diaspro and Michelle Collins; father and step-mother, Anthony and Regina Diaspro; uncles, Tim Diaspro and Jeffrey Diaspro; step-sisters, Jonah Tang, Mary Joy Liboon, MaJori Li, and Jessa Nacolangga; loyal canine companion, Charlie Brown; and many other loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. A celebration of Candis' life will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home - Beavercreek Chapel at 7pm. The family will greet friends and loved ones from 5pm - 7pm prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to assist with final arrangements.
