CEDARVILLE — Judy Mae Erwin-Cornick, passed away on Tuesday April 21, 2015 at Springfield Regional Medical Center. She graduated from Cedarville High School where she was an active Alumni until her death. During her life, she worked at Fels Institute, Kettering Lab as a Purchasing Agent, a volunteer Paramedic and Firefighter for the Village of Yellow Springs, maintained an upholstery business and was a Head Custodian for Springfield City Schools. Her life's passion was working on family Genealogy, having traced family roots back to the 1800s. Her hobbies include photography, trap shooting, gardening, spending time with her family and riding her motorcycle. She is preceded in death by her parents James and Martha (Frock) Erwin and her brother Jack. She is survived by her sister Marjorie Morris, brothers Jimmy (Rita), and Jerry (Roberta) Erwin, daughters Talitha (Gerry) Greene and Maria Prether, grandchildren Lucas Prether, Sierra Lawrence, and Evelyn Greene, and other family members. A memorial will occur on Sunday May 3rd, from 1-3 at Rose Hill Burial Park Chapel in Springfield, Ohio. Bowman and Young Funeral Home is serving the family. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in to Ohio Masonic Home Foundation.
