Cathy Perry Obituary

Fort Mill, SC – Cathy C. Perry, 72, passed away on July 24, 2025 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on April 4, 1953 in Lancaster, SC, to the late Len Crawford and Marcelle Crawford. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 21 years, Mickey Perry, and nephew, Marc Crawford. She is survived by her daughter, Misti McGaha (Phil); brother, Lenny Crawford; granddaughter, Samantha McGaha (Wesley); nephew, James Crawford; and niece, Kaci Crawford. Cathy worked at Comporium for over 25 years. She grew up in Fort Lawn, but called her home Fort Mill. She loved to cook and read books. She was a devoted mother, daughter, grandmommy, sister, and friend. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. There will be a graveside service for her on Saturday, September 20, 2025 at 12:30 PM at Unity Cemetery, 109 Gilmore Street, Fort Mill, SC, 29715. Following the graveside service, friends are invited to gather at VFW Post 9138, 1442 Harris Road, Fort Mill, SC 29715, for food and fellowship. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Cathy Perry's name to American Lung Association, 55 W. Wacker Drive, Suite 1150, Chicago, IL 60601. Condolences may be made to the family at greenefuneralhome.net.
