George Michael McClellan

Rock Hill, SC – Mr. George Michael McClellan, 69, passed away on Saturday, October 11, 2025, surrounded by his beloved family. Born and raised in Rock Hill, SC, George was the son of the late Franklin McClellan and the late Peggy Black McClellan. He is preceded in death by his brother, David "Moon" McClellan. George was the co-owner of C.I.F. Organics. He graduated from Rock Hill High School, Class of '74 and enjoyed hunting, fishing and football. George was a member of Elks Lodge. His passion was spending time with his grandchildren, family and friends. George is survived by his sons, George Michael McClellan, Jr. and John McClellan; daughter-in-law, Margie; two grandchildren, William and Hadley; brothers, Dale McClellan (Diana) and Dennis McClellan (Steve); his sister, Cheryl Boulware (Jason), as well as his sister in law, Becky McClellan. Family will welcome and receive friends on Thursday, October 16, 2025 from 6:30-8:30 PM at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29732. A Graveside Service will take place the following day, Friday, October 17, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Grandview Memorial Park – Hollis Lakes, 401 Hollis Lakes Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29732.
