She was born December 12, 1942 in Baltimore, MD. The daughter of the late John E. and Elizabeth S. (Hessil) Warch.
Barbara had worked for Towson University.
The services and burial will be at the convenience of the family.
The John W. Keffer Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 902 Mt. Rose Ave. is assisting with the arrangements.
