Dear Mildred & Family,
Mida & I were so sorry to hear of Charlie's passing. We have so many memories of our time in Chicago while attending DeVry in the mid-fifties. We were listening to Dave Brubeck the other day and remembered the 4 of us going to see him at The Blue Note in 1956 and going to The Blue Dahlia on North Ave to listen to jazz. We'll never forget all those good times. Charlie was a great guy and he will be missed. Love, Bernie & Mida.
