Dianne K. (Seiple) Shaeffer, 65, entered into rest Friday, September 1, 2017 at Rest Haven-York. She was the wife of the late Richard C. Shaeffer.
The services will be private. The John W. Keffer Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc., East York, is assisting with the arrangements.
She was born September 17, 1951 in York, the daughter of the late Charles E. and Helen I. (Smith) Seiple.
Dianne worked for 33 years at Grinnell Foundry and later for nine years at Health South.
She is survived by a son, Brian K. Mittel of Red Lion; two grandchildren, Brock Mittel and Cody Mittel; two great-grandchildren. Dianne was one of 12 children seven surviving, a brother, Dean J. Seiple of Windsor; six sisters, Lucille Miller of York, Kathryn Kohr of Red Lion, Rose Poff of York, Barbara Seiple of Shiloh, Betty Nonemaker of York, and Donna Snider of Dover. She's preceded in death by four siblings, Kenneth Seiple, Lester Seiple, Robert Seiple and Delores Peters.
