Dwayne Baker Obituary
Weigelstown - Dwayne E. Baker, age 53, of Weigelstown, died at 3:33 PM Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at his residence. He was the husband of Jodi L. (Myers) Baker.
Born on December 10, 1964, in York, he was a son of the late Howard Baker, Jr. and the late Shirley (Weidemann) Baker. He was a graduate of West York High School and worked as a drywaller for Red Rose Interior, Incorporated. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, gardening, eating, and spending time with his family.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Baker is survived by two daughters, Kristi A. Baker, and her partner Clarence Bupp, of York, and Jennifer M. Eckenrode, and her husband John, of Dover; five grandchildren, Clarence Jr., Madilynn, Vaida, Parker, and Austin; a brother, Howard "Budd" Baker, III of Colorado; and two sisters, Deborah Musselman of York and Pamela "Jean" Jackson of Thomasville.
Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00 PM Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Kuhner Associates Funeral Directors, Inc., 863 South George Street, York, with the Rev. David Tietje, Pastor of Saint John's United Church of Christ in Red Lion, officiating. Viewing will be 2-3:00 PM. Private burial will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Grane Hospice, 3501 Concord Road, York, PA 17402.
