Dear Spicer family, Thinking of you and praying you feel God's comfort. Gerry was a one of a kind great person. At our summer family gatherings (which were big fun) she would always make brownies and be sure to point them out to me. She knew they were my favorite.

Ken, We have known you for many years working with us in the cemetery keeping us straight. Despite the fact that we really didn't get to know your wife(other than talking to her on the phone) we know that she will be greatly missed. Sorry for you & your families loss. Our thoughts & prayers, Jack, John, Clarence & Mike

Aunt Gerry was the most wonderful, kind and generous person in the world. For the last 6 years, she has come up to see her sister-in-law, Belle, almost every Tuesday, to bring fresh vegetables, baked goods, church programs and news about friends and family. Best said by her daughter, Peggy, when we spoke the other night. "Mom had a heart of Gold". May our memories and prayers comfort us at this time. We have truly lost a great person.

I first met Ken & Gerry 10 yrs. ago. I started delivering their mail to them in April of 1996. I knew immediately that they both were special , and warm & friendly.
Gerry always spoiled me rotten by surprising me with a homemade box of candy that she'd leave in her mailbox for me. Usually the contents of the box would be half gone by the time I finished my route that day. And oh, the red velvet whoopie pies oh my soooo gooood. I guess now, I will continue to drive by each day and I'm sure Ken knows I will be there if he needs anything, Ger is in God's arms now, and God Bless their whole family. Loving Regards, Maureen Miller (Parkton Post Office)
