It was so sad to read about the loss of such a special man. Although I only knew him briefly, his pleasant personality and twinkle in his eye will stay with me for a long time.
My husband and I had the
opportunity to know him through our pet store. He came in to get food and treats for his special friend, Tora.
I always enjoyed seeing him come in to the store. He was a joy to know because he was always smiling. I almost think he didn't know how to frown! He shared his pleasantness with others and would often let other customers who had fewer items be rung up ahead of him.
Such a gentle soul will be missed in this hustle and bustle world where many do not take the time to be kind. His tender soul did not go unnoticed. It was an honor to have known him.
Our deepest sympathies in the loss of such a precious man.

As I sit here with a lump in my throat and a hole in my heart I try to think how to express how much he meant to us. I don't know if words can really express it. He showed me many things, from hunting and fishing to woodworking, and various other things that I can never forget. I could not have asked for a better grandfather, I will forever miss him.

He was a wonderful father, husband and man. It reflects in his son, our precious son-in-law, Brian. He will be missed and we are thankful for the chance to have him in our lives.
