Dear Tim and Bo,
I am so sorry to hear that Katie has been ill and has gone on to be with the Lord. I think of you guys often when I pass your old house in Red Lion. Jon and Bo had some fun times when they were younger in Kindergarten. I pray that God's grace and his mercy will help carry you thru this difficult time.
God Bless,

Our hearts are full of sadness for Tim and Boaz as you face the loss of a very special wife and mother. It is a great comfort to know that Katie is now completely released from the terrible limitations she has endured due to her illness. We have so many fond memories of happy times together with the Blough family during our years of ministry at York CMA. We especially remember the great joy when Boaz came to join the family. We pray that God will surround Tim and Bo with a sense of His presence and daily strength.

With love and prayers,

Cindy Mott

Dear Tim & Boaz,
You don't really know me. We may have met once at the Weston's home. I did however know Kate. I am a friend of Karen Weston's and a few years ago I spent some time in the York Hospital Psychiatric Unit in a severe depression. Kate came to visit me and talk with me on many occasions as if we were old friends. I was later transferred to the Harrisburg State Hospital and she sent me letter after letter keeping me up to date on her life with both of you and encouraging me to get better. What her kindness meant to me I could never really tell you in words but I later learned that this is just the way she was. A genuinely caring and loving woman. I had lost touch with her but the memory of those very sad days and her incredible kindness have a very special place in my heart. I was so sorry to hear the world had lost such an amazing person. I will never forget her and how she helped me to overcome such a difficult time in my life. She truly touched my life in a way that very few people ever have. I feel truly thankful to have known her and I know God sent her into my life for that short time. She was like an angel to me. I know you have millions of wonderful memories to cherish and I hope that they will help to carry you through this difficult time. May God bless you and keep you.
Sincerely Kathy Brown

Dear Blough family,

I have't seen Katie since our teaching days at YCST. Prior to that time, we worked together in the early 80s - Cindy, Fran, Kitty, Kathi, and the rest of the crew at CPC. What I loved about Katie is that she didn't take herself too seriously. One never knew when she was going to deliver a great one liner that would keep us laughing histerically for an afternoon or evening. I wish to remember Katie as someone who loved life and deeply cherished her family and friends.

My sympathy to your family.

After our many talks and visits, I know Katie is now being held in our Lord's arms. She made me feel I was a liftime friend. I thank God for letting me be part of her life, even if it was for such a short period of time. I send my condolence and prayers for her family. VNA Hospice Volunteer

Dear Tim & Boaz,

My Sympathies go out to You Both. I remember how funny Katie was and how she liked a good laugh and gave a good laugh. An illness such as hers must have been so hard to deal with at her tender age. May she now be at peace with God.

God Bless and Take Care,
Paulette
