Dear sweet Oscar was such a wonderful kind man. He loved running & would be at all the York Road Runners races & winter series. He always had a smile & helped any runner who needed it! I met him @ a race & quickly became a good running friend. Rest well Oscar & hope you are running among the stars. Blessing to all his family.

I remember meeting Oscar running at the York College track many years ago. We are fellow Lehigh alums and used to chat about Lehigh and running. He was a wonderful gentleman and he will be missed.
