Paul Reynold Obituary

Paul N. “Sonny“ Reynold Jr., 71, passed away at 8:15 am, Tuesday, December 31, 2002 at his residence. He was the husband of Muriel A. (Rust) Reynold with whom he celebrated their 49th wedding anniversary on August 22nd. Mr. Reynold was born in Lebanon on September 14, 1931 to the late Paul N. and Lillian E. (Lines) Reynold Sr. In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons, John N. Reynold, Dunedin, Fla.; Jerry M. Reynold, Safety Harbor, Fla. and Jeffrey S. Reynold of York; two grandchildren; and a sister, Carolyn A. Bloodworth, Ashland, Va.; several nieces and nephews. Mr. Reynold was a member of Madison Avenue Church of the Brethren and the Shiloh Lions Club. He was an architect for E.I. Associates, Harrisburg, for eight years, retiring in 1999. Service will be Friday, January 3, 2003 at 10:30 am from Madison Avenue Church of the Brethren, 645 Madison Ave., York. Officiating will be his pastor, Rev. Richard E. Godfrey. Burial will be in Mount Rose Cemetery. Viewing will be on Thursday, January 2nd from 7 to 9 p.m. from the LeRoy R. Leber Funeral Home Inc., 2290 School St., York (Shiloh). Memorial contributions may be made to the Madison Avenue Church of the Brethren, 645 Madison Ave., York, PA 17404.

Paul was a very friendly person and well liked by his friends and church members. He will be missed greatly by those who knew him. We love you Muriel. John, Jeff, Jerry our thought and prayers are with you.
