Robert Bosserman Obituary
Dover - Robert H. Bosserman, age 76, passed away at Penn State Hershey Medical Center on January 20, 2021.
Robert was born in York on June 21, 1944 and was the son of the late Paul K. and Ethel (Schiding) Bosserman. He graduated from William Penn Senior High School Class of 1963 and then went on to proudly serve his country in the United States Air Force. He was a member of the American Legion and the Viking Club. Robert was an avid fan of Penn State Football, and the Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies, Flyers, and 76ers. He was well known for his cooking, and enjoyed family cookouts. Robert cherished his grandchildren, and was fondly known as Pap by all the neighborhood kids.
Robert is survived by his son Paul Bosserman and wife Jacquelyn; his daughters Bobbi Dellinger and husband Marc and Kelly Newman and husband Brian; his step-son Michael Stiles; step-daughter Mai Lou Garcia and husband Mateo; his grandchildren Kirstin Dellinger, Matthew Newman, Kayla Dellinger, Kelsie Newman, Elijah Ritter, Blake Dellinger, Jonathan Garcia, and Trinity Bosserman; and his great-grandchild Axel Sents. He is also survived by his brother Clair Bosserman; his sisters Nancy Husson, Joan Golden (Terry Golden), Mary Lou Inners (Bob Gladney), Carrie Gotwalt, and Cecelia Warner; as well as many nieces and nephews. Robert was preceded in death by his brother Paul Bosserman (survived by Sandra Bosserman); and his sisters Jane VanGorder and Lois Cain.
The family services are being held privately under the direction of Beck Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Inc. of East York.

I was sorry to read that Bob passed. He was my first "real " boss and made me feel like family. I will never forget all of the opportunities he gave me and the encouragement he provided professionally. He invited me to his home for team cookouts, bought me special food while I was pregnant and made every single employee feel wanted and appreciated. Truly a wonderful blessed human being. I can´t wait to see him again someday. I pray for his family and friends left behind. RIP Bob. You´re kind soul is surely missed by all who knew you.

Bob was a great boss and friend. I got to know him doing his time at USA Direct. He was always one of those you could talk to about anything. He will be greatly missed.

Bob was one of the best man I had the pleasure to know. I worked with him at USA Direct for 10 yrs and he had such great faith in me. I will never forget him and his kindness. You Rest In Peace my friend ❤

I worked with Pop Bosserman at USA Direct best supervisor a person could have he stuck up for us many a time and I always called him for his birthday and we would talk for hrs about USA Direct I certainly will miss him and our conversation RIP POP
