Robert Stoutzenberger Obituary

YORK Robert L. Stoutzenberger, Jr., 51, died Sunday morning, May 6, 2007, at home. He was the husband of Mary Lou Mathiot Stoutzenberger, to whom he was married March 27, 2000. Born in Columbia, he was the son of the late Robert L. Sr. and Patricia Jacobs Stoutzenberger. He was an auto body technician for 32 years he was last employed by Autohaus of Lancaster. Bob was a self proclaimed Harley Davidson nut and enjoyed riding with his many friends. An avid Penn State and Dallas Cowboys fan he also enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a member of AMVETS Post 153; Forresters of America and the Susquehanna Fish and Game. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his nine sibling, , Agnes wife, of Michael Wright of Columbia, Debra Faus of East Petersburg, Earl Stoutzenberger of Wrightsville, Michael Stoutzenberger of Houtzville, Edward husband, of Cristal Stoutzenberger of Marietta, Ga., Pauline Helm of Columbia, Donna wife, of Merle Kirk of East Waterford, Wayne husband, of Bobbi Jo Stoutzenberger of Columbia and Dennis Stoutzenberger of Red Lion. His sisters Patricia Sheetz and Geraldine Fisher preceded him in death. Funeral services will be held from the Clyde W. Kraft Funeral Home, Inc. 519 Walnut St. Columbia, on Wednesday at 11 a.m. Interment in Ironville Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home tonight from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Wednesday one hour prior to the service. At the request of the family, kindly omit flowers. Contributions to White Rose Hospice, 1412 Sixth Ave., York, PA 17403 in Bob's memory would be deeply appreciated. Casual dress is requested and bike riders are encouraged.
