Jo and Family,
Sorry for your loss of a father, friend, and generous person. Ted and I spent many hours on deployment from HSL-32 in Norfolk. He was a fun, eager to learn officer who I enjoyed being around. He was instrumental in having my brother sent to HSL-37 in Hawaii for Jim's first squadron and my last H-2 sqadron.
I am grateful to him for his wonderful smile and wisdom when things were going awry. I looked for him in Pensacola at the H-2 convention and learned of his passing. My sympathy to you and your family.

Greetings Jo & family,
I just saw Ted's name listed in the "Last Call" section of SHIPMATE, the Naval Academy alumni magazine. Wow, what a loss...I have such fond memories of our days back in the mid-1970's at Naval Air Station Norfolk as Naval Aviators attached to helicopter squadron HSL-32. We were young, invincible and out to conquer the world! I came across an old foto from 1974 or 1975 of 5 of us from USNA class of 1972 in front of our hangar (L-R:Frank Lowry, Ted, Ralph Michalske, Keith Jewell, & me). I remember crossing paths with Ted again at the airbases in Naples & Sigonella. I am so sorry for your loss.

after many years of looking for Ted, today, 9/5/16, I found this notice of his passing ...... I knew Ted from living in the Navy dorm with him in Sproul Hall at Penn State .... great smile and a really nice man ..... I'm saddened today

Dear Jo,
I was saddened to learn of Ted's passing. He was always a a dear friend with whom I had the pleasure of sharing home room with during our time at RLASHS. Although I lost touch with you guys over the years, I did hear of his service to our country and felt safer for knowing he was a member of our military. I am proud to have called Ted a friend. Too soon he is gone but not soon forgotten. My deepest condolences,

Dear Jo, Ralph, and Kreeger Family members,
As I learned of Ted's passing, a host of memories flooded my consciousness. Reflecting upon many encounters with Ted throughout our high school years and our year together at Penn State, I was so grateful for Ted's wonderfully positive attitude and demeanor. Ted was kind, loyal and pleasant. He was one of the most "together" individuals I have ever known, and I'm sure that made him a truly great sibling, spouse and naval officer. We shall all miss Ted's big cheerful smile, his warmth, his compassion, his kind and loving personality, and the incredible determination with which he represented his schools, communities, the U.S. Navy and America. May God bless and comfort you, one and all, as you remember and celebrate the life of this wonderful man.

Dear Jo, Ralph and Family,
We have lost a great man too soon. My sincere sympathy to all of you. Having been a classmate with Ted, I am honored to have known him. He was always quick with a smile, kindness and intelligence during those formative years at Red Lion. It is no surprise that he rose to such great achievements as a man.

Dear Jo, you and Ted will always have a place in our hearts. You have been wonderful neighbors and you both made us feel so welcome to the neighborhood. We miss Ted dearly. Working for you two has been an invaluable experience for Ben and I am so pleased he had the opportunity to know you both better and to be a help. Please know we are always here for you any time.

Dear Jo,
Bob and I were sorry to read that Ted has passed away. We have been retired 25 years and have lost contact with Red Lion Senior High.

We met a gentleman 2 weeks ago whose home base was Sicily. This prompted me to tell him about you and Ted as our former students.

You have our warmest thoughts. We're confident that love of friends and family will help comfort you.

Dear Jo and Family,
Just wanted to let you know how much Ted played a part in our lives. Jane and I were always sure that Ted would be in our home room once we hit Jr. and Sr. High School. After Kopp came Kreeger so that meant we always had someone to depend on when it came to those home room activities. He was also in many of our classes. The one we remember the most was chemistry. We spent many a long evening working on our projects together. There were some nights when we even drove him home.
We are left with an empty feeling knowing that we will never see him again but we are filled with many good memories that will help fill the void.
We pray that God b with all of you and sends you his love and strength to carry you through.

Dear Jo and Kreeger Family,
It is with sadness to read of Ted's passing. We shared the road during Jr High, Sr High, and college parting, when he moved on to Annapolis.
Working his way into the Naval Academy was his focus during all those years. Thanks for his service and yours.

Ted was a good student, a good athlete, and a good guy. My life is richer for having known him.

Jo, I pray God continues to wrap his arms around you as he has during Ted's illness.

I was so sad to hear from Ralph that Ted had passed away.
I did not know that Ted was sick with that dreaded disease Cancer but knowing the tough Kreeker genes, I know that Ted fought from begiing to the very end.
Sadly, I have not seen Ted or Jo in many, many years but want to pass along my deepest sympathy to Jo and all Ted's family and friends.
Ted was a very accomplished Navy man rising to Commander before his retirement.
I thank Ted for his military commitment his willingness to keep us all free from harms way.
I will keep the memories of Ted on our football team at Red Lion.
He was a very tough guy for a light way, like me.
Rest in peace my long term friend and classmate!
Your buddy, Steve Moley, Red Lion Class of 1967

Jo, Ralph, & Family, Sorry for your loss. After playing high school football with Ted, I knew he was destined for great things. Even though Ted was not physically big, He along with Bro. Ralph were two of the toughest linebackers Red Lion ever produced. Ted made up the physical difference with a big heart and desire to excel in everything he ever accomplished.
