Thomas Earl Conway, 52, died on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at his residence. He was the husband of Billie Jo (Kopp) Conway. The couple shared 32 years together, 24 of which they were married.
A celebration of life memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Pl., Red Lion with Kerry White officiating. A visitation will be from 9 to 10 a.m. prior to the service.
Born on August 9, 1965 in York, he was a son of the late Earl and June (Miller) Caswell. Thomas was a courier for FedEx for 30 years.
Mr. Conway was the founder of Tom's Ride for Vickies Angel Foundation that has raised over $60,000 in the last ten years. He also enjoyed bicycling, motorcycles, archery hunting, and being in the mountains. Most importantly, he loved his father-daughter trips with Jessica.
Along with his wife, Billie Jo, Thomas is survived by one daughter, Jessica Marin Conway of York; brothers and sisters, Earla and Bob Transue, Mike and Liz Conway, David Conway, Dennis Conway, Steve and Jan Conway, Angela and Don Strickler, Kathy Buckel, Chris Conway, Scott Conway and Deb and Kevin Heiland; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Donald and Edward Caswell.
Memorial contributions may be made to Vickies Angel Foundation, 511 Bridge St., New Cumberland , PA 17070 in Tom Conway's memory.

My most sincere and deepest condolences. Tom may be gone from this world but he will never be forgotten. What a fun guy Tom was. Full of life always doing something the other guy would never dream of doing. He had been my inspiration on more than one occasion. If Tom can do it so can I...whats to stop you. Bright witty guy always had a different take on things,not the standard pat answers. Not much Tom couldn't do. I remember him telling me how he and a buddy built his garage..pretty cool. Some of my best memories were his bargain car finds. He could smell em out. His quiet and unassuming demeanor could charm you in a heart beat. I'm smiling as I recall all the fun things I've experienced knowing Tom Conway. I hope everyone will smile as they keep him close in their hearts and minds. I'm sure he would want to see smiles as he looks down from heaven on us not frowns or sadness. May God bless the Conway family.

One of my best friends, I have a lot of great memories from time spent with him. I will miss him tremendously, but I know it was time for him to go. Billie and Jess, you took such good care of him through all of this.
