Andrew Nicholson Obituary
In 1990 he moved to Las Vegas. In recent years he has been working with his nephew, Kristopher.
Andy is survived by siblings, John Nicholson of Las Vegas, Nev., Eldonna (Bryan) Bingham of Lincoln, Neb., James (Debbie) Nicholson of Geneva, Neb., Mary (Ron) Jost of Wahpeton, N.D.; and half-brother, Ben (Amity) Nicholson Alamosa, Colo. Nephews and nieces, Kristopher Nicholson (Melynda Shaughnessy) of Las Vegas, Nev., Stephanie Mitchell, Dustin (Jess) Mitchell, Rachelle (Andrew) Bouwens all of Lincoln, Neb., Samantha (Zach) Shue of Gretna, Neb., Seth (Vanessa) Bingham of Auburn, Neb., Nolt (Brianna) Nicholson of Lincoln, Neb., Lucas (Katie) Bingham of Gretna, Neb., Amanda Jost of Minot, N.D., Katie Nicholson of Los Angeles, Calif., Olivia (Micah) Kemp of Friend, Neb., Carissa Jost of Wahpeton, N.D., Dylan Jost of Wahpeton, N.D., Jordan, Jasper and Jericho Nicholson of Surprise, Ariz. 18 great nieces and nephews. Stepmother, MaryBeth Nicholson of Geneva, Neb.; aunt, Marie Carlson of Stromberg, Neb.; uncle, Gordon (Lillian) Wurst of York, Neb.; uncle, Floyd (Judy) Nicholson of Allendale, N.J.; and many cousins.
Andy was preceded in death by both parents and brother, Floyd Nicholson.
Celebration of life will be Tuesday, September 2, 10:30 a.m. at New Hope UMC, 1205 N. 45th St., Lincoln, NE. A luncheon will follow. Andy, being a true Husker fan, please wear Husker apparel.
Interment will take place at 1 p.m. at Salem United Methodist Cemetery, 3219 A Street Rd, in rural Seward County.
