Courtney Simala, age 42 of Sun Tan Valley, AZ, passed away Jul. 5, 2024 in Yuma, AZ.
Courtney was a Medical assistant, born Oct. 21, 1981 in Yuma, AZ.
Wake will be held at Desert Valley Mortuary Chapel on Jul. 19, 2024 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with Rosary at 7:00 pm.
Mass will be held at Saint Thomas Indian Mission on Jul. 20, 2024 at 9:00 am; followed by burial at Desert Lawn Memorial Park at 10:30 am.
Arrangements were entrusted to and handled by Desert Valley Mortuary.

Stan,Gloria& family I´m so sorry for your loss. You are all in my prayers. I remember when Jeff McCollough (my husband at the time) got a job working for Stan Courtney was just around 4 or 5 yrs old . I fell in love with her the 1st time I met her. She was the cutest and sweetest little girl she had such a cute personality. She has stayed on my mind all these years later. It was 38 years ago when I was first introduced to Gloria & the 3 kids. My heart goes out to each and everyone of you at this time May god be with you and help you thru your time of sorrow.
