Diane Strickland Obituary

Diane Elaine Strickland was born February 20, 1939, she passed away peacefully at home March 17, 2018 with her husband Del Strickland and daughter Jill Andrea Jackson comforting her.

Diane was born in Boston and moved to Centralia Washington with her parents Ralph and Jane Bartelson when she was seven years old.

She was a hard working single mom for many years.

Diane married Del Strickland February 14, 1987 and lived in Rochester Washington. They both retired and moved to Yuma, Arizona to enjoy the sunshine. They love to golf and made many good friends.

Diane had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh. She will be remembered as a good hearted loving and caring person. Diane will be missed.

I met Sonny and Diane when my husband and Iretired. I started playing golf with Diane and could never figure out how she could hit that ball so far. She was a fun player and fun to be around. She will be missed.

Dear Sonny and Jill and Family. Our sincere sympathy to you at the passing of Diane. She is at peace now. I will always remember her sense of humor and all the fun, playing golf together.
