Jacob was a Student at Gila Ridge High School, was born Feb. 10, 2009 in Snellville, GA.
Celebration of Life will be held at 13750 S Ave 5E, Yuma, AZ 85365 on Mar. 29, 2024 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
Private Cremation and Arrangements were entrusted to and handled by Sunset Vista Funeral Home.

I am so saddened to hear of Jacob´s passing. I had the privilege of being one of JT´s teachers in elementary school. Our boys played baseball together and had been childhood friends for many years. He was always such a fun, happy young man. So sorry for your loss. - Deborah Wiles
