John Algots Obituary
John, is also survived by his son-in-law Joseph (Joe) Olea, his two grandchildren, Max and Lyra Olea, who always brought a smile to his face, nephew Martin Algots, nieces Sara De Hoff and Meg Woodard, our Oakhurst family of Myra, Mark, Tommy and Bernice Algots, the Yuma Olea family of Mary, Albert, Eddie and Alex.
John will be missed by all of his loved ones and all of the friends that he made along the way. The family is planning a Memorial Service in San Diego at 2855 Ocean Front Walk, San Diego, CA 92109 on January 20, 2018 starting at 1:00 PM.
The family is requesting that no flowers be sent.

John and Carol, thank you for the times spent in San Diego talking with you at Millies place. John was always so peaceful as he spoke, sincere and thoughtful. I can only hope to be as level headed as he was. We are all just passing through but John made me want to stick around and listen a bit longer. We should all be so lucky to know a soul like John. Word's cannot express how saddened we are to hear of John's passing. Please accept our heartfelt sympathies on the loss of your loved one. John was a wonderful person. We will miss him. I will miss hearing his Bull Fighting/Madrid stories. When you're ready, we'd like to get together. We're ALWAYS here for you.
