God bless you Bill, I really enjoyed the lunches/dinners we had together talking about just about everything under the sun. I will miss you greatly.

I had the great pleasure of working with Bill, at Crossroads Mission a few years ago. He was the counselor for the women and I was an employment coordinator for the program. Coming from a background of my own recovery from drugs, I had never worked through a lot of issues, because I had not gone through a program. I was so very blessed to be able to sit in on the women's groups with Bill, facilitating. He was so genuine and gentle in his approach, and just had this way of opening up your eyes. I still use his quote till this day, "How's that working for you?" His humble yet powerful presence was something very remarkable. I looked to him as a mentor and often asked for his advice in regards to my personal issues and professional development. I was truly motivated, inspired, and relieved to know that people like Bill were placed in the paths of those that desperately needed guidance and hope. I thank Bill for giving that to me and to many others. My prayers to his family. Bill will live on in many peoples recovery and I will never forget the values he taught me. Thank You Mr. Vandruff, May you rest in peace.
