I have known Bud for many years. He helped me develop the course in medical history for medical students. His discussion of the original, the very first, cardioversion held everyone in rapt attention.

Please accept my deepest sympathy to those close to Bud. These wishes come with appreciation for the 4 years he and I spent together, extending my life. I think of him fondly all the time. WE had fun together at this task, and I am grateful to him to be able to send him on his way with my prayers for him and for you. Hayne Hamilton
