Michael E. Scurlock

FRAZEYSBURG: Michael E. Scurlock, 63, of Frazeysburg, Ohio died Tuesday morning, July 5, 2011 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital in Zanesville.

Born June 4, 1948 in Newark, Ohio he was the son of the late Frank F. and Betty Jane (Buck) Scurlock and was a graduate of Newark High School. Mr. Scurlock was a retired factory worker.

Surviving are seven brothers, Richard (Shirley) Scurlock of Frazeysburg, Bruce (Rosemary) Moore of Baltimore, Ohio, Jim (Cheryl) Moore of Newark, Tom (Nita) Moore of Duncan Falls, Ohio, Ted Moore of Cincinnati, Ohio, Karl Donaldson and Cliff Donaldson, both of Newark; five sisters, Sandy Scurlock of Georgia, Karla (Tony) Chevalier of New Lexington, Ohio, Kathy Goodin of Roseville, Ohio, Cynthia Taylor of Crooksville, Ohio and Jeanette Nethers of Newark; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Terry Scurlock and Donald Danielson; and a sister, Linda Scurlock.
