Dear Cynthia and Austin,

Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints. Psalms 116:19

The righteous perish, and no one ponders it in his heart; devout men are taken away to be spared from evil. Those who walk uprightly enter into peace; they find rest as they lie in death. Isiah 57:1,2

My heart aches for you both.

Love,
Linda

Dear Cheryl,
I was so saddened to learn today of the passing of your mother. She was such a good neighbor to Aunt Barbara, Uncle Dick and Chuck & David. I pray God will send his Holy Spirit to comfort you and your family. Dixie was a special lady!

Gratefully, she knew you were there for/with her, and she is no longer suffering. Pease find peace knowing that she is reunited with your Dad now, and may God comfort you [all] during this most difficult time of grieving.
Keeping you [all] in my prayers.

I want to express my deepest sympathy to the whole family. I knew Dixie through Beta Sigma Phi. We were members of the same chapter. All of us really cared about Dixie. I know, for myself, will miss her a lot. She was a very special person and I loved working with her, and sharing the fun times we all have had over the years as sisters. It was so fun when we gave her a surprised card party for her 70th birthday. She was surprised and that was great seeing her so happy.

Dixie was on my church's prayer concern list for a long time and now the family will be on our list. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers since I got the phone call about Dixie's passing.
