Frances Mary Nielsen

Frances Mary Nielsen Lake City Frances Mary Nielsen passed away at her home November 11, 2009. She was 95 years old. She was born August 24, 1914 in Battle Creek to Peter and Mary Felendzer. She married Roger H. Nielsen. He preceded her in death July 14, 1970 Mrs Nielsen was a member of the St. Philip Catholic Church in Battle Creek. She served on various charitable organizations and committees in the Battle Creek area. She is survived by her daughter Carol A. (Merlin) Nielsen-Porter of Lake City She was also preceded in death by her parents and a son John Allan Nielsen in 1966. Funeral services will be Saturday, November 14, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Stephen Catholic Church with Rev. Santiago Hoyumpa officiating. Burial will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Battle Creek Memorial contributions may be directed to Mercy Hospice. Arrangements by the Young Funeral Home in Lake City
