Dear Beloved Family,

We are greving with you. I't still such a shock. We can only imagine your pain. I do know what a kind person Dave was and he would have a word of comfort for you all. We pray that soon you will be able to feel a hug or touch and know these are from the love of your life and the Angel that God used to deliver it.

We love you all, Dave, Mary, & Family

Hi! You probably don't know me but I heard many stories about Dave over the years from my parents, Ray and Mary Mayo. They have the fondest memories of growing up with Dave in Vancouver and were so pleased that he was a member of their wedding party. I was sorry to hear of your loss and wanted to let you know that memories of Dave live on.

Dear Margaret and family:

The Thursday memorial tribute to Dave was a gift to all who attended. The number in attendance sitting and standing was a tribute to Dave and you. You are loved by so many.

We appreciated the message of hope shared by the pastor and we were so touched by the euolgies, particularly by Ken and your grandson.

Though you, as a family, grieve beyond understanding, it is obvious to all the great love shared by Dave and you and the unconditional love that Dave gave to you, your children and your grandchildren. What a wonderful heritage for all.

Though Dave's life on earth was cut much too short, he leaves such a wonderful legacy to all of you and all of us priviledged to know Dave and you.

Our prayers and our love will continue to be with you and your family.

Maggie and kids,

What a wonderful man God created in the man named Dave Adams! I have so many fond memories of our trips to Gresham to Buster's, the evening we went to Tuna Christmas and all of our other get-togethers that always seemed to center around food but were always filled with laughter too. I will miss stopping in at D&L to say hi to him, he always had a minute and a smile! My heart feels better just thinking about what's going on in Heaven now with him and Jack reunited! Their laughter and antics will resound forever! My love and prayers to all of you!

Joan and I have known Dave and Margaret for many year. In that time we have seen them raise a wonderful family and build a successful business together. It was alway our delight to run into them at one of our mutually favorite restaurants, as we all enjoyed dining out. We rarely saw one without the other, they were so close. Dave left this world too soon, but I would suggest that he touched more lives in a positive way than most. It was once said "It is'nt how long one lives, but how well one lives", and Dave lived well. He enjoyed his life through his family, his business and his many friends. Joan and I will always remember Dave with a twinkle in his eye, his great sense of humor, and most of all his kind and generous spirit. We will miss you my friend and the world will be a lonlier place without you. Our hearts go out to Margaret and the family. We love you,

To the Family of Dave Adams,

I helped David, Kristin and D & L staff at the credit union for 5 years. When I left the credit union David sent me flowers to wish me well on my new journey to Minnesota. It was so touching to receive a gift from a member and a friend.

My heart breaks for you and your family at this very hard time. I know first hand of losing a husband unexpectedly as I did just 4 months ago. All I can tell you is remain strong and never ever forget the memories they are all you have to hold on to. I am so sorry for your family and I know the pain is unbearable now, but I promise with time it will get easier. David was a caring, kind hearted person. For some reason GOD needed another angel and he chose david. It makes no sense to you and I but we just have to trust that GOD knew best.

Sincerely,
