News Death Notice
HOFELE, Ashley Elizabeth (Wilson) age 25 of Tipp City, Ohio died unexpectedly at her residence on Sunday April 19th. Born May 28, 1983 in Dayton, Ohio to Stephen C. and Mary Claudette (Hivner) Wilson of Troy, Ohio. Ashley was a 2001 graduate of Tippecanoe High School and a 2007 graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University. She played volleyball for Tippecanoe High School and was on the District Champion Team of 1998. Ashley was presently employed as a sales consultant for Premier Design. Previously employed by Honda in Troy, Chmiel's Market, Tipp City; Liberty Savings Bank, Englewood: and a consultant for Pampered Chef. Preceded in death by grandparents Jack and Ruby Hivner and Uncle James Dunn. She is the beloved wife of Jesse Hofele and the loving mother of Joshua Hofele. In two short years Ashley poured a lifetime of love into her son Joshua. She is the cherished daughter and joy of the life's of Steve and Mary Wilson; beloved sister of Sarah Wilson and Robert Wilson. Adored granddaughter of Carl and Faith Wilson of Tipp City. Ashley attended the Tipp City Community Bible Church and was active in women's bible study and fellowship. She loved cooking, gardening, home canning, helping others, feeding those in need, and most of all Jesse and Joshua. Ashley was a blessing to all who knew her despite battling Lupus for the past six years. She focused on helping others instead of her symptoms and prepared countless meals for others in time of need or loss. Funeral services 11:00 am Friday April 24th at the Main Campus of the Ginghamsburg United Methodist Church, 6759 S. County Road 25A, Tipp City. Visitation Thursday 5 - 9 pm at the Ginghamsburg Church South Campus, 7695 S. County Road 25A. Contributions may be made in Ashley's memory to her son Joshua's future college fund. Arrangements by FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 West Main Street , Tipp City, Ohio 45371.

To Ashley we just recently started to get to know each others familys, I think about 5 months ago since we moved to Dayton and in that time period we have never had any one person touch our lives in such a way that words couldn't begin to explain. We are so grateful for all the help that you and Jesse gave to our family, mostly around the holidays for our kids. Ashley you are one in a million nobody could even come close to be as caring and loving as you. You will be grately missed there just isn't enough words to explain it but, I know that Kylee, Caidance, Anthony Jr., Jennifer and myself love you very much and we will always miss you. And to Jesse and Joshua our family is there for support when ever you need it. Love Always,

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.

The pain I feel from losing Ashley is probably miniscule to how you must feel. I know she thought the world of the both you. We will keep her memory alive for Joshua so he will know how much she loved him. Thanks for letting her do Premier for I would have missed out on knowing her so well. Ashley was such an awesome person. She truly brightened the day for anyone she came into contact with.

I got to know Ashley and thought she was just a jewel. She spent time with my daughter and they had play dates with their little ones. I will cherish the times I got to go with the girls different places. She was one of a kind.

I am so sorry for your loss Wilson/Hofele family. I was Ashley's busdriver for many years and enjoyed her oh so much. She was as a bright spot in my day. To the Wilson family, I am so so sorry for the loss of Ashley. She was a loving soul, a person to always lend a helping hand, and to always give an ear when you needed to talk to her. I grew up with her in church and with your family. Your family always shared a special place in my heart. With her love for God, and willingness to show it to people she sure did live a good testimony to others about how God worked in her life! To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.

Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. I was Ashley's English teacher at LT Ball and she was always a bright spot in my class and her contagious smile and laughter will always be remembered. She truly was a loving individual who always thought of others before herself. May her family and friends find peace in the many wonderful memories that they have of Ashley and the knowledge of the many lives she touched in such a short time.

Wilson family,
You are in my prayers as you deal with such an unexpectant loss. All of my memories of Ashley center around her love for her family. I have not seen her, or you, for many years but I can recall clearly the love and support she had for Sarah and Robert while watching them play basketball.
