Douglas Tormey Obituary

Tormey, Douglas S.
Marion: September 28, 2007, at the age of 59. Predeceased by a brother, Dale and a stepson Rick Gomski. He is survived by a son Stephen (DeDe) Tormey of Clyde. Parents: Dale and Gloria Tormey. Stepchildren: Ronald (Marlene) Neamon, RoseMarie (Ron), Dennis, Steve, Ron (Corine), Brian, Betty (Steve) and Donna (Neal); a sister, Linda, (Roland) Parker, Ohio; two brothers, Jim (Phyllis) Tormey of Clyde, Randy (Helen) Tormey of Ohio; several grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Doug was a Viet Nam veteran, member of the Marion American Legion an NRA member and was an avid hunter and fisherman.
His family will receive friends Monday (10-01-07) from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Sanderson-Moore Funeral Home, Inc., 32 State St., Seneca Falls, NY. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11am at the funeral home. Interment in Rushford, NY, at the convenience of the family. Contributions may be made to any V.A. Hospital in memory of Doug.
