It’s been so many years since our high school days working at Marie Callender’s in Sharpstown, but I happened to see the news article in the paper and wanted to express my condolences for your loss.
From the comments of those who knew and loved Ray, he was obviously very special to the many people blessed to have known him. May you take some comfort in the knowledge that he truly enriched their lives during his time here and is now at peace. You are in my prayers. God bless.

Ray was always such a gentleman with a very kind soul. He had a beautiful smile and a great sense of humor. It was always uplifting to run into him. He will be so missed here on earth, but I truly believe that for unknown reasons to us, God called him on home. We are praying for you, asking God to give you peace during this time. I played keyboards with Ray in "The Shadowcasters" Ray was a great man with a vision to create music. He was a talented guitar player and singer and who taught me a lot of things that I still carry with me today. I will miss Ray and give my sincerest condolences to Susan and his family.

Ray was such a sweet and gentle man, as well as a great talent and true professional. He always had the kindest things to say about everyone, and had a great laugh (and laughed at everyone's jokes, no matter how good they were). I am so sorry and I will hold his family in my prayers.
