Bobbi and family,
I was so sorry to just hear of Phyllisann's passing and send my heartfelt condolences to you and your family.
Phyllisann was my first mentor at NASIC (FTD). She took me under her wing and patiently taught me everything I needed to know about imagery research, and I owe much of my career success to her. She was very knowledgeable, had a great work ethic and was a well-respected leader. But more than that, she was a wonderful friend and lunchtime companion.
She certainly loved her family and always spoke so highly of you, Sherri and CJ.
Thankfully, we stayed in touch all these years. After her retirement, she would fill me in on all her travel cruises, and more recently, was thrilled to share the news of her great-grandchildren.
I would have paid my respects in person had I known earlier of her passing, but know that I'm keeping your family close in thought and prayer during this sad time, and I share in your sorrow.

I will certainly miss Phyllisann, she was a lady I considered to be one of my mentors when I joined her sorority, GPD. She had a wily sense of humor and was always willing to help when needed with no complaints. Rest In Peace Soror Phyllisann! A beautiful Rose grows beyond the wall...
