'Together Again'
Susie 'Sue' Watterson, 82 of New Philadelphia, Ohio and Holiday, Florida went to heaven on March 25, 2026. Born November 4, 1943 in Jasper Indiana, she was the youngest daughter of the late John and Florence (Alvey) Brescher. Sue attended Dover High School and later owned and operated 'Our Personal Touch' beauty shop in New Philadelphia, where she enjoyed many memories with wonderful lifetime friends. Sue was a member of the Red Hat Society as well as 'Happy Hats.' Sue enjoyed her summers in retirement at Springwood Lake and loved planting flowers and cooking meals to share. She also loved playing cards with friends and doing crafts. She was greeted in heaven by her loving husband, Terry A. Watterson. She was proceeded in death by her sister Mary and brother Eugene. She is survived by her sons, Randy (Sandy) Grewell of Springfield, Ohio, and Alan (Laurie) Grewell of New Philadelphia, Ohio; grandchildren, Amanda Vance of Canton, Ohio, Adam (Kristy) Grewell of Girard, Ohio, Ryan (Tiffany) Grewell of New Philadelphia, Ohio and Katie (Michael) Stickney of Springfield, Ohio; great-grandchildren, Natalee and Zachary Zorzi, Addison, Logan and Luke Grewell, Ryleigh and Dallas Grewell and Lennon Stickney, and great-great-grandsons, Ky and Khari and numerous nieces and nephews. A Celebration of life will be held at a later date. Those who wish can make a donation to Hospice in Sue's name.
