EVERSOLE, Carolynn

Beloved wife of the late Russell Edwin Eversole for 70 years;

loving mother of Stuart (Suzy) Eversole, Denise (Dan)

Zimmerman. Adoring grandmother of Ben (Kelly) Eversole, Janna (Jeremy) Pionk, Andy (Meagan) Zimmerman, Chris (Lara) Zimmerman, Kory

Zimmerman and great-grandmother of Noah, Zachary

Joshua Eversole, Mattie Pionk, Aiden and Colton Zimmerman, Ollie and Frankie Zimmerman. Preceded in death by her parents, Elizabeth (Lemon) and Paul King, four sisters, two brothers, and a great-grandson, Brooks Zimmerman. Passed away on December 31, 2020, at the age of 91. Graduated from Reily High School in 1947. Longtime

member of the Oxford United Methodist Church. She loved her life on the farm and flower gardening. Carolynn was a member of the Eastern Star, the Helping Hand Society and

U-Go-I-Go. Carolynn loved sports, especially when family was involved. She and Russell received the Heart and Spirit Award from the Talawanda Athletic Hall of Fame for being long-time boosters. Funeral services will be private. Interment at Springdale Cemetery in Reily. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Reily Township Volunteer Fire Department, 6376 Peoria Reily Road, Oxford, Ohio 45056. The family would like to express their sincere thanks to the Nurses, Aides and Staff of Woodland County Manor and a special thanks to Dr. Rick Bucher for the loving care of Carolynn. Online

Denise, I don't know if you remember me; we went to school together, and I remember your mom from high school games, etc. I am sorry for your loss and am praying for you. Your mom, and your dad were sweet people.

Stu & Suzy & Family: So sorry for your loss. I remember your Mother as far back in elementary school, always had a kind soft word with a smile. My parents often mentioned your parents at functions at Oxford Senior Citizens Center which they enjoyed the many friends there. Cherish the memories.
