My deepest sympathy to the Varga Family. I always enjoyed seeing him, talking with him, and playing in the golf league with him. I know he will be missed.

Don Varga was a memorable part of my son and daughter’s young lives as they spent pre school at Gloria Dei in the 1980’s. Their names are Jessica and Christian Larson. We, their parents, Roberta Longfellow and David Larson, are immensely grateful for the excellent education they received and the fine role models of Virginia, Don and all the gifted teachers. Don’s gentle and caring manner was a blessing to all of us.

I’m very sorry to hear Don has passed. He was a great man with a quiet strength. I recall Don was always willing to let others take center stage while he worked behind the scenes to keep things together.
