Passed away Feb. 23, 2021, at Hospice of Middletown.

Survived by husband Steve; son James, and daughter Melissa. Her body was donated to Wright State School of Medicine. Any donations in her name can go to hospice.

I so very sorry to learn of Jan’s passing. I did know she had been so ill. We worked together at Ohio Bell on Woodman Drive. Jan was a wonderful employee and a good friend. She will truly be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
