"Ann"

95, of New Carlisle, joined her husband Sam on Wednesday, November 10, 2021. She was born March 16, 1926, in Donovan, IL, the daughter of the late Thomas and Maude Dailey. Ann retired from New Carlisle Elementary, where she worked in the lunchroom. She was a member of Main Street Baptist Church in Laura, OH. Ann is preceded in death by her husband Samuel Estel Parks; daughter Susan Parks; granddaughter Stephanie Brookover; grandson-in-law Max Woosley; sister Christina Staats; and brothers Jesse, Gilbert and Robert Dailey. She is survived by her daughters Patricia Parks and Debbie (Scott) Klepinger; brother Tommy Dailey, Jr.; granddaughter Janet Woosley, Laura Hayes and Pamela Leftin; 7 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-granddaughters; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 17, 2021, from 10 am-12 pm at Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home, with the funeral to honor Ann beginning at 12:00 pm. Expressions of sympathy may be made at www.trostelchapman.com.
