I remember Darlene from ushering at church. She and my husband and I were scheduled for the third Sunday of the month. It was always a joy to look over from the center aisle (my location) to the far left aisle, (Darlene´s location) and see her smilingly greeting arrivals!

I was Darlene´s secretary at Montgomery Count Juvenile many years ago. She was a kind and caring person that made a real impact on many people. I´m sorry for your tremendous loss.

It has been a joy to have participated together with Darlene in joining the Westminster Presbyterian congregation six plus years ago and to share many enjoyable experiences since. We will surely miss her presence among us.

I was one of Darlene´s neighbors for just four short years and quickly learned what a fiesty gal she was! She was always calling to say"you hungry?" Or "you left your garage light on"! I will truly miss my friend and neighbor. Rest in peace!
